17 Mar 10 | The absolute shame of it The community is entitled to feel outraged with the Bega Valley Shire Council over its insistence that a big wad of the money it has raised to build the Sapphire Aquatic Centre is to be hived off to pay for council headwork charges, the widening of the entry off Pambula Beach Road and reconstruction of the road leading into the pool and the carpark.
