Adam Thomas will bring big selection of prestige and classic cars to the Big Boyz Toyz Expo including this magnificent 1954 MG TF 1500. The car is definitely built for thrills measuring almost 5 metres long but just over one metre high. Originally built with a 1250cc engine, the American market demanded more grunt so they upsized to a 1500cc engine after the first 6,000 were built. The MG has a four speed manual gearbox, twin SU carburetors, independent front suspension, a live rear axle and four wheel drum brakes. And you could take it home for just $37,000.
The inaugural Big Boyz Toyz Expo this Saturday will have the males of the species drooling over a dazzling array of magnificent machinery and mouthwatering goodies.
The gates at Pambula Sports Complex open at 10am and entry is free for this fantastic new event on the Sapphire Coast calendar.
The expo will feature toys of all shapes and sizes from the latest in exotic motorcycles to go-karts, motorized skateboards and surfboards.
You can ogle the latest 4WD vehicles and off-road gear, boats of all calibers and learn all about the fun of paintball. The kids will be kept amused with the jumping castle and ice cream van while Dad gets his fill of thrills.
The hot rods arrive around midday and there’ll be lots of stunning private vehicles on display too.
