The 59-year-old man was arrested by police from the Far South Coast Local Area Command at his Tura Beach home on Friday, January 4 prior to his extradition to WA.
The man will face trial by jury starting October 29, in the District Court of Western Australia, Perth.
The trial dates were set at a trial list hearing in the District Court on Friday, August 16 after a previous hearing had been adjourned.
